Power Supply Information. 11.1.1 Monthly/Quarterly Report of Usage Monthly Report of Usage – Competitive Supplier shall provide the Town or its agent with a monthly report of usage which will contain: a. Town Name b. Account Number c. Rate Code d. Rate Code Classification (per Local Distributor’s Basic Service Filing) e. Load Zone f. Xxxx Date g. Contracted Unit Rate h. Xxxx Usage The monthly report will be due to the Town or its agent within five (5) days following the close of each month. The information shall be listed in the report as shown on Exhibit B - Worksheet A and Rate Code Classification shall be mapped as shown on Exhibit B - Worksheet B, attached hereto. This information shall be provided in electronic format. The quarterly report will be due to the Town or its agent within forty-five (45) days following the close of each calendar quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31). This information shall be provided in electronic format.
Power Supply Information. 12.1.1 Monthly Report of Sales Competitive Supplier shall provide the Municipality or its agent with the following monthly reports as shown on Exhibit B attached hereto within 30 days of the end of the month: 1. kWh and counts disaggregated by municipality, utility zone, customer type, rate class, product 2. Add-Drop report with count of transactions for drop categories Moved, Changed Supplier, Opt-out, Other, and add categories of Opt-in and Newly Eligible. All reports provided under this 12.1 shall be provided in electronic format.
Power Supply Information. In connection with Operator’s performance of the dispatch, scheduling and coordination of Power and Electricity, Operator shall have the right, with regards to Owner and GenCo, and may request the right from any IPP, as applicable, to reasonable access to information consistent with Prudent Utility Practice required to perform the dispatch and scheduling of Power and Electricity, which includes fuel availability, fuel cost, fuel inventory, unit availability, unit marginal cost, unit outage schedules, electric system reliability requirements, reserve requirements, identification of must-run generation resources and any other information reasonably requested by Operator consistent with Prudent Utility Practice required to perform the dispatch, scheduling and coordination of Power and Electricity.
Power Supply Information. Within fifteen (15) days of the end of the quarter (end of each quarter is March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31), Competitive Supplier shall present a copy of the current "Disclosure Label" required by the Department of all Competitive Suppliers to be disclosed to their Participating Consumers which includes information pertaining to Competitive Supplier's power supply and a reasonably detailed description of the sources of Competitive Supplier's power supply used to serve Participating Consumers pursuant to this ESA, except to the extent such disclosure would violate any confidentiality obligations of Competitive Supplier.

  • Trade Secrets and Confidential Information/Company Property Employee reaffirms and agrees to observe and abide by the terms of the Employment Agreement and the Confidentiality Agreement, specifically including the provisions therein regarding nondisclosure of the Company’s trade secrets and confidential and proprietary information, and the restrictive covenants contained therein. Employee’s signature below constitutes his certification under penalty of perjury that he has returned all documents and other items provided to Employee by the Company, developed or obtained by Employee in connection with his employment with the Company, or otherwise belonging to the Company.

  • Proprietary and Confidential Information The Distributor agrees on behalf of itself and its managers, officers, and employees to treat confidentially and as proprietary information of the Trust, all records and other information relative to the Trust and prior, present or potential shareholders of the Trust (and clients of said shareholders), and not to use such records and information for any purpose other than the performance of its responsibilities and duties hereunder, except (i) after prior notification to and approval in writing by the Trust, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld and may not be withheld where the Distributor may be exposed to civil or criminal contempt proceedings for failure to comply, (ii) when requested to divulge such information by duly constituted authorities, or (iii) when so requested by the Trust. Records and other information which have become known to the public through no wrongful act of the Distributor or any of its employees, agents or representatives, and information that was already in the possession of the Distributor prior to receipt thereof from the Trust or its agent, shall not be subject to this paragraph. Further, the Distributor will adhere to the privacy policies adopted by the Trust pursuant to Title V of the Gxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, as may be modified from time to time. In this regard, the Distributor shall have in place and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of, and to prevent unauthorized access to or use of, records and information relating to the Trust and its shareholders.
