Common use of Power to Adjourn Clause in Contracts

Power to Adjourn. The chairman of any meeting at which a quorum of the Debentureholders is present may with the consent of the holders of a majority in principal amount of the Debentures represented thereat, adjourn any such meeting and no notice of such adjournment need be given except such notice, if any, as the meeting may prescribe.
