POWER TO APPOINT, REMOVE AND REPLACE A DIRECTOR OF GETTY INVESTMENTS. 24.1 Each of Crediton and the October Trust shall have the right to nominate one Person who is willing so to act, as a director of Getty Investments and to nominate for removal and replacement the Person so nominated by each of them. 24.2 Any nomination pursuant to clause 24.1 shall be effected by notice to Getty Investments signed by or on behalf of the nominator. The notice shall be left at or sent by post or facsimile transmission to the office or such other place designated by the board for the purpose. The nomination shall take effect as of the deposit of the notice or such later date (if any) specified in the notice. The first director nominated by the October Trust shall be Xxxx X.
