Common use of Power to Call Meetings Clause in Contracts

Power to Call Meetings. Meetings of the Members may be called by the Manager, any two (2) members of the Management Committee or by any Member holding twenty five percent (25%) or more of the total Units then outstanding, for the purpose of addressing any matters on which the Members may vote.
