Common use of Power to Call Meetings Clause in Contracts

Power to Call Meetings. Meetings of the Members may be called by the Manager, or upon written demand of Members holding more than ten percent (10%) of the Percentage Interests, for the purpose of addressing any matters on which the Members may vote.
