Common use of POWER TO ENGAGE ADVISERS Clause in Contracts

POWER TO ENGAGE ADVISERS. The Chargee shall be entitled to engage such advisers and agents (including solicitors and valuers) as it may think fit for the purposes of appearing or attending at or advising upon any enquiry or proceedings affecting concerning or relating to any such acquisition, expropriation or any of the matters referred to in Section 6.01 hereof at the expense of the Chargor.
