Power to execute deeds. Subject to any express provisions which may be contained herein, all deeds, documents or instruments required to be executed by the Trustees shall be deemed to have been validly executed if executed in the name of the Trust by any 2 (two) Trustees if duly authorised thereto by resolution of the Trustees.
