Common use of Power to Interpret Agreement and Plan Clause in Contracts

Power to Interpret Agreement and Plan. in a manner consistent with the provisions of a Plan, this Agreement, Applicable Legislation, and the Central Collective Agreement, the Trustees shall have the power to construe the provisions of each Plan and this Agreement and any construction adopted by the Trustees will be binding upon the Crown, CTA/CAE, OSBCU\CUPE, Participating Employers and Beneficiaries;
