The Borrower irrevocably authorises the Lender in its name and at its expense to perform such acts and sign such documents as may be required to give effect to any set-off or transfer pursuant to clause 16.1 (Retention and set-off), including the purchase with the money standing to the credit of any such bank account of such other currencies as may be necessary to effect such set-off or transfer.
