All rights, powers and authorities herein granted to the Landlord are coupled with an interest and are irrevocable until Discharge of the Lease Obligations and Lease Claims and all outstanding Lease Obligations or Lease Claims have been performed, discharged and paid in full in cash. Such rights, powers and authorities may be freely exercised by Landlord, or not exercised by it, in each instance as it may see fit given its own individual interest as a holder of a Lease Obligation or Lease Claim, without any duty of care, duty of loyalty or other duty whatsoever to LeBonheur.
