Powers and Authority of Trustee. Subject to paragraph 5, the Trustee, on the written direction of any of the persons authorized by the Reinsurer for that purpose for the time being and from time to time, shall have, in respect of the assets vested in trust, the powers and authority authorized in that written direction.
