POWERS AND DISCRETIONS OF THE SECURITY AGENT. The Security Agent shall have all the powers and discretions conferred upon a trustee by the Trustee ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and/or any other relevant legislation from time to time in force (to the extent not inconsistent herewith) and upon a receiver appointed under the Security Documents or any of them (as though the Security Agent were a receiver thereunder).
