Powers and duties of management association. 9.1 The management association has the power contained in Regulation 9 of the Act and the duties contained in Regulation 8 which includes the following: 9.1.1. make rules of conduct as it may deem appropriate to promote the interests of the whole body of occupants. The occupants shall comply with these rules. No rule, amendment, alteration, substitution or repeal of any rule will be binding without the written approval of the close corporation; 9.1.2. impose levies on purchasers in accordance with the provisions of clause 11; 9.1.3. ensure that the buildings forming part of KINGSHURST are insured pursuant to the provisions of clause 15. 9.2 All members must comply with the conduct rules, which is annexed as Annexure 3.
