Powers and Duties of Vice Presidents. In the absence or disability of the President, the Vice Presidents, and in the order designated by the Trustees, shall perform all the duties and may exercise any of the powers of the President, subject to the control of the Trustees. Each Vice President shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her from time to time by the Trustees or the President.
