Powers, Duties and Rights of the Successor Trustee. Upon its receipt of all the assets of the Trust Fund and all of the documents related thereto, the successor Trustee shall become vested with all the estate, powers, duties, rights and discretion of the Trustee under this Trust Agreement with the same effect as though the successor Trustee were originally named as Trustee hereunder.
