Common use of Powers of Attorney; Authorized Signatories Clause in Contracts

Powers of Attorney; Authorized Signatories. The Disclosure Schedule lists (i) the names and addresses of all persons holding powers of attorney on behalf of the Company or any of the Subsidiaries; and (ii) the names of all banks and other financial institutions in which the Company or any Subsidiary currently has an account, deposit or safe deposit box, along with the account numbers and the names of all persons authorized to draw on such accounts or deposits or to have access to such boxes.

Powers of Attorney; Authorized Signatories. The Section 4.38 of the Disclosure Schedule lists (ia) the names and addresses of all persons holding powers of attorney on behalf of the Company or any of the Subsidiarieseach Acquired Company; and (iib) the names of all banks and other financial institutions in which the each Acquired Company or any Subsidiary currently has an account, deposit or safe deposit box, along with the account numbers and the names of all persons authorized to draw on such accounts or deposits or to have access to such boxes.

The Section 3.31 of the Company Disclosure Schedule lists lists: (ia) the names and addresses of all persons Persons holding powers of attorney on behalf of the Company or any of the SubsidiariesCompany; and (iib) the names of all banks and other financial institutions in which the Company or any Subsidiary currently has an account, deposit one or more bank accounts or safe deposit boxboxes, along with the account numbers and the names of all persons authorized to draw on such accounts or deposits or to have access to such safe deposit boxes.
