Powers of General Partner. Subject to any limitations expressly set forth in this Agreement, the General Partner shall perform or cause to be performed, at the Partnership’s expense and in its name, all things necessary to own and operate, the Hospitals. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the General Partner (subject to the provisions of Subsection 6.3 hereof) is expressly authorized to do the following on behalf of the Partnership:
