POWERS OF SECURITY TRUSTEE. In addition to the powers of leasing or accepting surrender of leases conferred on mortgagees by Sections 99 and 100 of the LPA, the Security Trustee may at any time after the occurrence of an Event of Default and provided that such Event of Default is continuing on such terms as it shall in its absolute discretion think fit:
