Powers of Successor. Each successor Master Custodial Administration Agreement Administrator shall have the powers and duties conferred upon the Master Custodial Administration Agreement Administrator in this Agreement and the term “Master Custodial Administration Agreement Administrator” as used in this Agreement shall be deemed to include any successor Master Custodial Administration Agreement Administrator.
