Common use of POWERS OF THE AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

POWERS OF THE AUTHORITY. The Authority shall have all the powers common to the Parties and all additional powers set forth in the Joint Powers Act and other statutes applicable to the Authority, and is hereby authorized to do all acts necessary or appropriate for the exercise of such powers. Such powers include, but are not limited to the following powers:
