Common use of POWERS OF THE AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

POWERS OF THE AUTHORITY. The Authority shall have all powers set forth in the Joint Powers Law, and is hereby authorized to do all acts necessary for the exercise of said powers. Such powers include, but are not limited to, the following:
