Common use of Powers of the Security Trustee Clause in Contracts

Powers of the Security Trustee. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all or any of the powers, authorities and discretions of a Receiver in respect of the Charged Assets may, if a Receiver has been or could have been appointed, be exercised by the Security Trustee in relation to the whole or any part of the Charged Assets whether or not a Receiver is or has been appointed.
