Powers of the Trustee. To carry out the purposes of the Trust and subject to any limitations herein expressed, the Trustee is vested with the following powers until final distribution, in addition to any now or hereafter conferred by law affecting the trust or estate created hereunder. In exercising such powers, the Trustee shall act in a manner reasonable and equitable in view of the interests of the Beneficiaries and in a manner in which persons of ordinary prudence, diligence, discretion and judgment would act in the management of their own affairs.
