Powers of Trustee Limited. The Trustee shall have no power to create, assume or incur indebtedness or other liabilities in the name of the Trust. The Trustee shall have full power to conduct the business of the Trust of holding the Preferred Securities for the Holders and taking the other actions provided by this Trust Agreement.
