Without the written consent of, or ratification by a specific act of, Partners holding in the aggregate at least 66-2/3% of the Partnership Interests, the General Partner shall have no authority to, and affirmatively represents and undertakes that it will not, admit a Person as a Partner under this Agreement, which in any event shall always be done in accordance with Article Nine.
