Common use of Powers to be Exercised Clause in Contracts

Powers to be Exercised. Each member individually has the statutory ability to provide programs and services in the field of employer- employee relations. The purpose of this Agreement is to jointly exercise the foregoing common powers in the manner set forth herein.
