POZEN Marks. POZEN reserves all rights in the POZEN House Marks not expressly granted to Licensee in this Agreement. Licensee acknowledges POZEN’s exclusive right, title and interest in and to the POZEN House Marks and acknowledges that nothing herein will be construed to accord to Licensee any rights in such trademarks except as expressly provided herein. Licensee further acknowledges that its use of the POZEN House Marks will not create in Licensee any right, title or interest in such trademarks, and that all use of such trademarks and the goodwill generated thereby will inure solely to the benefit of POZEN. Licensee agrees not to use or file any application to register any trademark or trade name that is confusingly similar to any POZEN House Xxxx.
