Common use of PPD Property Clause in Contracts

PPD Property. Sponsor acknowledges that PPD possesses certain inventions, processes, technology, know-how, trade secrets, improvements, other intellectual property and other assets, including, without limitation, those related to composition of matter, data collection, data management processes, laboratory analyses, analytical methods, procedures and techniques, computer technical expertise and software (including codes) which have been independently developed without the benefit of any information provided by Sponsor (collectively, the “PPD Property”). All PPD Property and improvements thereto are the sole and exclusive property of PPD, and Sponsor shall have no right, title or interest therein.

PPD Property. Sponsor acknowledges that PPD possesses certain inventions, processes, technology, know-how, trade secrets, improvements, other intellectual property and other assets, including, without limitation, those related to business or product plans or proposals, marketing strategies, standard operating procedures, data, composition of matter, research, experimental results, personnel data, financial information and conditions, pricing information, customer information, supplier/vendor information, raw materials, data collection, collection and data management processes, laboratory analyses, analytical analytical, biotechnology and clinical methods, procedures and techniques, computer technical expertise and software (including codescode) which have been independently developed without the benefit of any information provided by the Sponsor Property (collectively, the “PPD Property”). All Sponsor and PPD agree that any PPD Property and or revisions, improvements or enhancements thereto are shall be the sole and exclusive property of PPD, and Sponsor shall have no rightrights, title or and interest thereinto such PPD Property.

Sponsor acknowledges that PPD possesses certain inventions, processes, technology, know-how, trade secrets, improvements, other intellectual property and other assets, includingincluding but not limited to data processes, without limitationtechnology, those related means or know-how developed by PPD which relate to composition of matter, data collection, collection or data management processes, and laboratory analyses, analytical methods, procedures and techniques, computer technical expertise and software (including codes) which have been independently developed without the benefit of any information provided by Sponsor (collectivelycollective, the “"PPD Property”").
