PPD Representations and Warranties. PPD represents, warrants, and covenants that during the term of this Agreement, and any period thereafter during which Xxxxxxx has been granted rights under any PPD Patents, neither PPD nor any Affiliate thereof shall grant, any right to any Third Party which conflicts with the rights to the PPD Patents granted to Xxxxxxx hereunder.
