Common use of PPSA Clause in Contracts

PPSA. For the purposes of this clause PPSA means the Personal Property Securities Xxx 0000 (Cth), including any amendments, replacement and successor legislation, and all terms used herein have the same meaning as set out in that Act unless otherwise defined.
