PR and communication. 20.5.1 TiGenix may issue press releases regarding the conclusion or performance of the Agreement, provided that it, to the extent lawful and practicable, submits any draft press release to the Supplier for comment purposes prior to issuing the same and that it considers any Supplier’s reasonable comments in good faith (provided these were submitted within a reasonable period of time).
