Common use of PR Loans Clause in Contracts

PR Loans. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, each of the XX Xxxxx severally agree to lend to Ryder PR in U.S. Dollars and Ryder PR may borrow, repay, and reborrow from time to time in U.S. Dollars during the Availability Period, upon notice by Ryder PR to the Administrative Agent given in accordance with this §2, such sums in U.S. Dollars as are equal to such PR Bank’s PR Commitment Percentage of the PR Loans requested by Ryder PR; provided that (a) the Outstanding Amount of the PR Loans shall not, at any time and after giving effect to all amounts requested, exceed the Total PR Commitment, (b) the Outstanding Amount of the PR Loans owed to a PR Bank shall not, at any time and after giving effect to all amounts requested, exceed such PR Bank’s PR Commitment, and (c) the Total Outstandings shall not, at any time and after giving effect to all amounts requested, exceed the Total Commitment.
