Practice Assessment and Consulting Services. The Company shall assess the Practice’s performance including product line analysis, outcomes monitoring and patient satisfaction. The Company shall develop systems to track revenues, expenses, utilization, quality improvement, Practice and Physician productivity and patient satisfaction. The Company shall arrange for or provide business and financial management consultation and advice reasonably requested by the Practice and directly related to the operations of the Practice pursuant to this Agreement.
