Common use of PRACTICE ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

PRACTICE ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS. The Practice agrees that it shall not, without the written consent of AmeriPath: (a) modify or amend the Practice Organizational Documents (as defined in Attachment I); (b) admit New Practice Providers, except as provided for in this Agreement; (c) remove the Managing Physician; or (d) terminate or cancel any hospital contracts (or similar contracts for the provision of services) under this Agreement. Further, the Practice agrees that it shall consult with AmeriPath prior to the termination or release of any Practice Provider from his or her obligations.

PRACTICE ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS. The Practice agrees that it shall not, without the written consent of AmeriPath: (a) modify or amend the Practice Organizational Documents (as defined in Attachment I); (b) admit New Practice Providers, except as provided for in this Agreement; (c) remove the Managing Physician; (d) sell all or substantially all its assets or capital stock; or (de) terminate or cancel any hospital contracts (or similar contracts for the provision of services) under this Agreement. Further, the Practice agrees that it shall consult with AmeriPath prior to the termination or release of any Practice Provider from his or her obligations.
