Common use of PRC Tax Matters Clause in Contracts

PRC Tax Matters. The Company shall use its commercially best efforts to obtain the renewal of (a) the High and New-Tech Enterprise Qualification Certificates of Beijing Century Jxx Xxxx Xia Technology Development Co., Ltd. (北京世纪家天下科技发展有限公司) and Beijing Zxxxx Xxx Sxx Xxxxx Information Technology Co., Ltd. (北京中指实证数据信息技术有限公司) as soon as practicable following the Closing Date; and (b) the High and New-Tech Enterprise Qualification Certificates of Beijing SouFun Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (北京搜房科技发展有限公司), Beijing SouFun Network Technology Co., Ltd. (北京搜房网络技术有限公司) and SouFun Media Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.(搜房媒体技术(北京)有限公司) as soon as practicable upon expiration of each of their existing High and New-Tech Enterprise Qualification Certificates.
