Common use of Pre-advice of Payment Clause in Contracts

Pre-advice of Payment. The relevant Issuer shall procure that the bank through which the payment to the Issuing and Paying Agent required by sub-Clause 4.1 is to be made shall irrevocably confirm to the Issuing and Paying Agent by fax or authenticated SWIFT message no later than 3.00 p.m. (local time in the city of the Issuing and Paying Agent’s specified office) on the second Business Day before the due date for any such payment that it will make such payment.

Pre-advice of Payment.
