Common use of Pre-advice of Payment Clause in Contracts

Pre-advice of Payment. the Relevant Issuer, failing whom (in the case of EFI Notes) the Guarantor, shall procure that the bank through which the payment to the Principal Paying Agent required by Clause 4.1 is to be made shall irrevocably confirm to the Principal Paying Agent by authenticated SWIFT message no later than 3.00 p.m. (local time in the city of the Principal Paying Agent’s specified office) on the second Business Day before the due date for any such payment that it will make such payment.
