Common use of Pre-Application Meeting Clause in Contracts

Pre-Application Meeting. If a Pre-Application meeting is requested: 1. The Port shall coordinate with the City to establish a date and time for the Pre-Application meeting, at which time the Checklist and any possible revisions will be discussed. 2. No later than five (5) working days prior to the meeting, the Port shall provide an agenda for the meeting and any supporting documents or information that would aid the Parties with discussing the permitting and development requirements addressed in the Checklist. 3. Within five (5) working days after the Pre-Application meeting, the City shall make a final determination regarding any revisions to the Checklist and transmit it to the Port.
