Common use of Pre-Arbitration Efforts Clause in Contracts

Pre-Arbitration Efforts. If a dispute arises between the Parties as to the interpretation or performance of any of the provisions of this Agreement or as to matters related to but not covered by this Agreement, then the Parties shall consult initially to try to resolve the matter amicably. If they shall not be capable of resolving the matter within thirty (30) days of the dispute arising, the matter shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.03(b).
