Pre-Closing Deliveries Accurate. Except with respect to the Certified Rent Roll, to the best of Seller's knowledge, all of the documents, writings and other matters delivered by Seller to Buyer pursuant to Section 4 and information provided to Buyer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, as of the date hereof, and as of the Closing, are true, accurate and complete in all material respects and accurately indicate all of the information referred to therein, are not misleading in any respect, and none of such disclosures misstated any material facts or omitted to state any material facts necessary to make the statements made, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading. This representation shall only be applicable to delivery of any due diligence items listed on Schedule B and not any items delivered thereafter.
