Common use of Pre- Closing Due Diligence Clause in Contracts

Pre- Closing Due Diligence. The Purchaser shall have the right to review the portion of the Mortgage Files as set forth in the related Purchase Price and Terms Letter and reject any Mortgage Loan in accordance with the terms set forth therein. Any rejected Mortgage Loan shall be removed from the terms of this Agreement. The Company shall make available all files required by Purchaser in order to complete its review. Any review performed by the Purchaser prior to the Closing Date does not limit the Purchaser’s rights or the Company’s obligations under this Agreement thereafter.
