Common use of Pre-Confinement Consents or Refusals Clause in Contracts

Pre-Confinement Consents or Refusals. If a Contract Agency inmate has received or refused medical, psychiatric or dental treatment from the Contract Agency before confinement in the County jail, the Contract Agency shall provide the County written verification of any authorization of or refusal to authorize care or treatment for such inmate(s).
