Pre-Construction Site Survey Sample Clauses

The Pre-Construction Site Survey clause requires a thorough inspection and documentation of the project site before any construction activities begin. Typically, this involves assessing existing site conditions, identifying potential hazards, and recording the state of structures, utilities, and access points. By establishing a clear baseline of the site's condition, this clause helps prevent disputes over damage or changes that may occur during construction, ensuring both parties have a mutual understanding of the starting point.
