PRE-CONTRACT COSTS. Costs incurred before the finalization of this Contract deemed reasonable, allowable, and allocable to performance of the Contract as agreed to by the PARTIES may be paid under this Contract.
PRE-CONTRACT COSTS. As of the date hereof, the total costs incurred by the Company, the Business Subsidiary and IITRI on behalf of the Business prior to the execution of any contract or contract renewal (the "PRE-CONTRACT COSTS") do not exceed $3,516,900. Neither the Company, the Business Subsidiary nor IITRI has received written notice that it will not be reimbursed for any material portion of such Pre-Contract Costs.
PRE-CONTRACT COSTS. The City shall not be charged for any Products/Services or other work performed by the Company prior to the Effective Date of this Contract.
