Pre-Contract Information Sample Clauses

Pre-Contract Information. All information provided by the Borrower to the Lender, including all information provided through a broker, is true and correct including, without limitation, the information relating to the needs and requirements and the income and expenditure of the Borrower.

Pre-Contract Information. The Service Provider warrants, represents and agrees that it: (a) has reviewed and made its own assessment of all information provided to the Service Provider prior to signing the Agreement and relating to the Agreement (Pre-Contract Information); (b) relies wholly at its own risk on any Pre-Contract Information; and (c) does not require any further information for it to form the decision to enter into the Agreement and to satisfy itself that it is able to perform its obligations under the Agreement.

Pre-Contract Information. 1. The user accepts, declares and undertakes that it is the real/final beneficiary of the transactions carried out within the scope of this contract. Otherwise, the user is obligated to inform PayFix immediately. PayFix stops providing services in cases where it detects the user who is acting on behalf of someone else without legal basis. 2. The user agrees that, before the establishment of this contractual relationship, it is informed within the scope of the legislation in accordance with the terms of this contract. Before the signing of the Agreement, and also during the effective period of this Agreement, PayFix shall have the authority to receive the duly accepted payment applications of the Users, to finalize them and to deliver the means of payment to their owners as determined by PayFix. 3. The User agrees that it is informed upon the delivery of this the contract to the User in cases where this contract is signed in writing between the parties, and upon its publication on PayFix’s website in cases where this contract is signed via a remote communication tool. 4. PayFix reserves the right to change this Agreement and the terms of Service at any time without prior notice. In the event that such changes (whether made by PayFix or caused by the Legislation and other relevant Legislation/Law) cause a change in the terms of this Agreement, the User shall be notified about the scope of the change, the effective date and the User's right to termination 30 (thirty) days before the relevant amendment enters into force 30 (thirty) days before the relevant amendment enters into force (unless the legislative changes provide for a shorter period of time). If the User does not agree to the said change, he/she may terminate the Agreement without any charge. If the User does not exercise the right of termination within the period of 30 (thirty) days, the amendment shall be deemed to have been accepted. The user shall not make any request from PayFix in this context. 5. The User may access the terms and conditions of this Agreement via the PayFix website, call center or e-mail. 6. The User accepts and declares that the information related to any transaction carried out within the scope of this Agreement may be shared by PayFix with the relevant institutions and organizations for the purpose of fulfilling its legal obligations and/or may be used after getting anonymized. 7.
