Common use of Pre-Contractual Negotiation Clause in Contracts

Pre-Contractual Negotiation. This Agreement: a) (entire agreement): expresses and incorporates the entire agreement between the parties in relation to its subject-matter, and all the terms of that agreement; and b) (collateral exclusion): supersedes and excludes any prior or collateral negotiation, understanding, communication or agreement by or between the parties in relation to that subject-matter or any term of that agreement.
