Pre-delivery and delivery. As at the date of this Charter, the Vessel is under construction by the Builder pursuant to the terms of the Building Contract and the Owners have entered into the MOA with the Sellers. The Charterers hereby confirm that they have reviewed, received and agreed to the forms of the Building Contract and the MOA (or copies thereof).
