Pre-Distribution Claims. (i) For any claim asserted against any member of the FTD Entities after the Distribution Date arising out of an occurrence or Loss taking place prior to the Distribution Date ("Pre-Distribution Claim"), the applicable member of the FTD Entities may access coverage under any of the Insurance Policies under which the applicable member of the FTD Entities is insured and United Online shall cooperate with the applicable member of the FTD Entities in connection with the tendering of such claims.
