Pre-Effective Date Termination Sample Clauses
The Pre-Effective Date Termination clause allows either party to terminate the agreement before it officially comes into effect. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions or notice requirements that must be met for such early termination, such as providing written notice within a specified timeframe or the occurrence of certain events. Its core function is to provide flexibility and protection for both parties, enabling them to withdraw from the agreement without penalty if circumstances change before the contract becomes binding.
