PRE-ENFORCEMENT PRIORITIES OF PAYMENT. Notwithstanding the security rights created by or pursuant to CLAUSE 3 (Security and Declaration of Trust), but prior to the service of a Seventh Issuer Note Acceleration Notice on the Seventh Issuer, the Seventh Issuer Cash Manager, on behalf of the Seventh Issuer and the Security Trustee, shall:
