Pre-Exchange Listing. Prior to an Exchange Listing, the Pre-Exchange Listing Management Fees shall be calculated as of the close of business on the last day of each calendar quarter in an amount equal to 1.50% per annum of Invested Capital (as defined in the LLC Agreement).
